What JobReveal keeps about you and your jobs, where it is kept, and how to have it removed.

What we keep

These are saved to your account so they are there when you log in on another device. They are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and only your account can read them.

Signing in with Google

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google tells us your name, your email address and your profile picture. We use your name and email to create and open your account, and for nothing else. We do not see your Google password, and we do not get access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar or files.

Your photos and videos

Your customers

When you send a customer their photo and a review link, the message goes from your own phone or WhatsApp. JobReveal never sees or stores your customers’ names or phone numbers.

Google reviews lookup

If you search for your business to add its Google rating, the name you type is sent to Google to find it. The rating and review count that come back are public information from your Google profile.

What we don’t do

Deleting your data

Delete a job from your projects to remove it from your account. Logging out removes your account’s data from that device. To close your account and have everything deleted, email us from the address you signed up with and we will do it.
